Dr. Ahmed A. Abd El-Latif

Biography
Ahmed A. Abd El-Latif (Senior Member, IEEE) received the B.Sc. degree (Hons.) in mathematics and computer science and the M.Sc. degree in computer science from Menoufia University, Egypt, in 2005 and 2010, respectively, and the Ph.D. degree in computer science and technology from the Harbin Institute of Technology (HIT), Harbin, China, in 2013. He is currently an Associate Professor of computer science with Menoufia University, Egypt, and the EIAS Data Science Laboratory, College of Computer and Information Sciences, Prince Sultan University, Saudi Arabia. He is involved in government and internationally funded research and development projects related to the widespread use of artificial intelligence for 5G/6G networks. He had many books, more than ten books, in several publishers Springer, IET, CRC Press, IGI-Global, Wiley, and IEEE. He is the author or coauthor of more than 240 papers, including refereed IEEE/ACM/Springer/Elsevier journals, conference papers, books, and book chapters. His research interests include multimedia content encryption, 5G/6G wireless communications, the IoT, cryptography, information hiding, biometrics, image processing, and quantum information processing. He is a member of ACM. He is a fellow of the Academy of Scientific Research and Technology, Egypt. He received many awards, such as the State Encouragement Award in Engineering Sciences, Arab Republic of Egypt, in 2016; the Best Ph.D. Student Award from the Harbin Institute of Technology, China, in 2013; and the Young Scientific Award, Menoufia University, in 2014. He is the chair/co-chair/program chair of some Scopus/EI conferences. He is the Editor-in-Chief of International Journal of Information Security and Privacy and a Series Editor of Advances in Cybersecurity Management (https://www.routledge.com). He is also an academic editor/associate editor for a set of indexed journals

Dr. Utku Köse

Biography
He received M.S. degree in 2010 from Afyon Kocatepe University, Turkey in the field of computer and D.S. / Ph.D. degree in 2017 from Selcuk University, Turkey in the field of computer engineering. Between 2009 and 2011, he has worked as a Research Assistant in Afyon Kocatepe University. Following, he has also worked as a Lecturer and Vocational School – Vice Director in Afyon Kocatepe University between 2011 and 2012, as a Lecturer and Research Center Director in Usak University between 2012 and 2017, Assistant Professor in Suleyman Demirel University between 2017 and 2019, and as an Associate Professor in Suleyman Demirel University between 2019 and 2024. Currently, he is a Full Professor in Suleyman Demirel University, Turkey. Kose also gave lectures at other higher education institutions such as Gazi University and Istanbul Arel University. He also worked as a Visiting Researcher at the University of North Dakota, USA (between 2023 and 2024) and holds the Honorary Professor of Artificial Intelligence title at ITM (SLS) Baroda University, India. He has more than 350 publications including articles, authored and edited books, proceedings, and reports. He is also in editorial boards of many scientific journals and serves as one of the editors of the Biomedical and Robotics Healthcare (CRC Press) and Computational Modeling Applications for Existential Risks (Elsevier) book series. His research interests include artificial intelligence, machine ethics, artificial intelligence safety, biomedical applications, optimization, the chaos theory, distance education, e-learning, computer education, and computer science.

Dr. Rituparna Datta

Biography
Dr. Rituparna Datta is a distinguished data scientist and researcher with extensive experience in Gen AI, Large Language Models, Optimization, Artificial Intelligence, and Machine Learning. Currently, he serves as the AI/ML Engineering Manager at Accenture, India. He has also held the position of Computer Research Scientist and Adjunct Faculty in the Department of Computer Science at the University of South Alabama, USA, and has worked as an Operations Research Scientist with Boeing Research & Technology.
His research spans engineering optimization, evolutionary computation, machine learning, neural networks, and robotics. Dr. Datta has published over 80 papers in international SCI journals, book chapters, and conferences. He has edited two books with Springer, including one in the Infosys Science Foundation Series. His work has garnered over 1200 citations, reflecting his significant impact on the field.
He has been invited to deliver lectures in several institutes and universities across the globe, including the University of British Columbia, Canada, Ryerson University, Canada, Trinity College Dublin (TCD), Ireland, Delft University of Technology (TUDELFT), the Netherlands, University of Western Australia (UWA), University of Minho, Portugal, University of Nova de Lisboa, Portugal, University of Coimbra, Portugal, Korea Railroad Research Institute (KRRI), Korea, Korea University and IIT Kanpur, Dr. Datta has been an invited speaker at numerous prestigious conferences and workshops globally.
He holds a Ph.D. in Mechanical Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) Kanpur, where he specialized in evolutionary-penalty approaches for constrained optimization.
In his professional career, Dr. Datta has secured several research grants, including projects funded by the US NSF IUCRC and the Korea Railroad Research Institute. He is actively involved in various professional organizations, including ACM SIGEVO and the IEEE Computational Intelligence Society, and has served as a reviewer for multiple high-impact journals
