Submission instructions

Authors are invited to submit their original papers which are not currently under review in any other conference or journal. All submissions must be written in English, follow the standard guidelines of the Publisher. Manuscripts must be prepared using Latex, or Word.
Submitted technical papers must be no longer than 15 pages for full papers, 10 pages for short papers, including all figures, tables and references. All submitted manuscripts will be peer-reviewed by at least 3 program committee members. Prospective authors should send their PDF files electronically through the Microsoft CMT submission system.

Similarity, plagiarism
All submitted papers to ISGAIE’26 symposium will be checked and scanned using iThenticate tool, before being sent to reviewers. Note that to be submitted for Indexation, the overall similarity rate of a paper should not exceed 15 percent, and the similarity rate to a single source should not exceed 10 percent. The score and report are provided to assist you in revising your manuscript, if necessary. The conference will not be able to provide you a score or a report for the revised manuscript.

ORAL COMMUNICATION
Oral presentations will be 20 minutes in length, with 10-15 minutes for the author and 05-10 minutes for discussion with participants. Oral presentations may be in-depth literature reviews, scientific research articles, or presentations reflecting professional experiences.

BEST PAPER AWARDS
The overall Best Paper and Best Student Paper Awards will be given and recognized during the symposim.
